FAQ: I need to change the dates of my booking. How do I do that?

You can make changes to your booking. There is a $20 fee Booking Modification Fee to do so* 

Follow the steps below for booking date changes:

Step 1: Visit our booking site to see what dates are available: https://treksupport.rezdy.com/ If the dates are not choosable it means they are booked out or not available.

Step 2: If the dates are available send us the following information:

  • Pre-Trek:
  • Trek Start Date:
  • Trek Finish Date:
Pay attention to your transfer date, whether this is a drop-off or pick-up or both. These dates are the most important. Choose only the dates available online.

Step 3: Go to the LTTS Booking Modification page and submit your request. In the additional info box use the exact format as the example shown below and note which is a transfer date example (as shown below):

  • Pre-Trek: 21 May 2022
  • Trek Start Date: 22 May 2022 ( Drop off to Redbank Gorge)
  • Trek Finish Date: 3 June 2022 

Step 4: Advise us in the form that it's ok to process the $20 booking modification fee payment to make the change. We can process the payment on your CC or send you a payment request via Stripe.

Step 4: If you have any other changes you want to make, like a package upgrade or an extra add-on, specify them in the form. If it requires extra payment advise us if it's ok to process the payment to make the change. We can process the payment on your CC or send you a payment request via Stripe

Remember: Any date changes will result in a $20 Booking Modification Fee (BMF) each and every time such as request is made, whether the change relates to covid or not. This is part of your terms and conditions. Sadly, we can't handle the volume of regular changes and need to pay for extra staff to deal with the booking changes.
