Why Can't I Get Through on the Phone?

Because we simply cannot answer every call asking for information already provided online. 

During the busy months of June and July, many people rush to make last-minute bookings and add-ons but sadly don't read the information online or just want a human to explain what is written online.

On average a generic enquiry over the phone takes about 15 minutes and we received approx 20-30 calls a day, which is about 7.5 hours of time spent on repeating information already provided online. We wont pay our staff to do that anymore. 

 

We will try our best to answer the phone whenever we can.

  • Email us and let us know you need to chat.
  • Use the LTTS Trailhead Forum to post trail-related, planning and prep questions.
  • Re-read the information that is already on our website before emailing.
  • Do your homework
  • Pay attention to detail.
  • Don't make any assumptions, you'll pay for it.
