If your booking includes a storeroom key, it will be delivered with your containers during pre-trek. The key is often taped to the inside of your container or on top of the container lids.

If you are being picked up at the end of your trek, you can return the key to the driver on pick up. If you are walking West to East you can leave your key in your Standley Chasm container as this is the last food drop. If you have finished your trek in Alice Springs you can leave your key at the hotel reception in an envelope with LTTS written on it and SMS us that it's ready for collection.

Your key bond will be refunded when we get the key back and they key number is processed back into our key register. Each key has a unique number (etched on the key) that is assigned to your booking.  Normally key bond refunds occur within 2-3 days after the we get the key back. Refunds are made back to the credit card you paid your booking with. If you paid by bank deposit we will get in touch with you to request your bank details.
