What happens if I am late for my transfers?

Generally there is a 10 minute window for the pick up times, meaning if the pick up is at 11am and you're not there latest by 11:10am, you're likely to miss your ride. The specifics are in your Booking Terms and Conditions.

If you're not there at the exact pick up time, we'll check with the other passengers if they saw you at the trailhead that morning/midday/afternoon, if the answers is no, we'll have a quick look around. If we still can't find you we will leave without you and depending on the circumstances, we may notify the Park Rangers and/or NT Police that you are missing or unaccounted for and a search may be initiated and you may be billed for the search.

Most of our customers are always at the pick up point at least half an hour before the pick up time. 

Remember, the pick up time is not negotiable. It's like a flight. We have other timings we need to meet for our customers. So if you're not there, you will be left behind.

So far, no one has been left behind!
