Help CenterYour key bond will be refunded when we get the key back and they key number is processed back into our key register. Each key has a unique number (etched on the key) that is assigned to your booking.
Normally key bond refunds occur within 7-10 days after the we get the key back. Refunds are made back to the credit card you paid your booking with. If you paid by bank deposit we will get in touch with you to request your bank details.
If you paid by bank deposit, the auto-refund system won't work as it can't refund back to a bank account like it can to Credit Cards. You will need to email us with your bank details.
You will receive an SMS once the key refund has been processed.
