Emergency, Resupply and Short Notice Support Requests While on the Larapinta Trail

If you are on the trail and have an urgent or life-threatening medical emergency call 000 or activate your beacon. We recommend you plan, prepare and walk the Larapinta Trail informed, properly equipped and with a basic knowledge of hiking. Either way, consider taking out insurance.

If you are on the trail and have minor medical or other emergencies, you could request LTTS support but it is subject to availability and can be, and often is, very expensive. All payments for these services are made upfront in full. As much as we would love to be, we are not trail angels, and everything costs time, money and staff resources.
