Gear Retrieval: What is Gear Retrieval?Gear Retrieval is when we return gear, items or other stuff you left in your containers and want returned to you after your trek. Containers with gear retrieval are returned to the accommodation you nominated for post-trek. Gear Retrieval is an extra service and is fee-based. You can order gear retrieval during your booking process or while you are out on the trail. Below are the prices: Ormiston Gorge, Ellery Creek South, Serpentine Gorge, Standley Chasm

Gear Retrieval: When do I need to book for gear retrievals?You can opt to book for the gear retrieval option during your booking or whilst you are on the trail. It is cheaper if you book the gear retrieval when you make your original trek support booking or add it to your booking before you start your trek. If you opt for gear retrieval while on the walk it is slightly more expensive. If you opt for gear retrieval on the trail, there is an LTTS Container Sticker on the lid of your container with a section where you can tick the retrieve option and advise us the container is ready for collection.

How Do I Add Extras to My Booking?You will soon be able to go to our store and add extras to your booking like gear retrievals, Serpentine Gorge Food Drop upgrades and other popular add-ons. In the interim, you can contact Maya at LTTS Customer Support and request what add on's you would like to add to your booking.
