Once your PLB or ZOLEO is returned, inspected and cleared for the refund of the bond, the bond refund will be processed within 4 weeks of its return to LTTS.
The refund will be processed the same way the bond was paid.
If there is damage to the PLB or ZOLEO, LTTS will advise you of the damage and estimated cost for repair or replacement.
