The LTTS Customer Calibration Brief is an online 'course' that will bring LTTS Customers up to speed about their booking, the processes for pre-trek, food drops, transfers, and other key services our customers will be using on the trail.
The brief is packed with tips, suggestions, and recommendations to ensure our customers are fully briefed, prepared and squared away before they arrive in Alice Springs for pre-trek. This will also ensure there are no surprises, no confusion and no last-minute red herrings when customers get here.

It is recommended reading if you are a LTTS customer, as it can save you a lot of money, stress and nasty surprises while on the trail.
All LTTS Customers for the 2023 season onwards will need to complete LTTS Customer Calibration Brief. This brief will be a mandatory part of the LTTS Booking Terms and Conditions from 1 January 2023.
