Where will my containers be when I collect them at my accommodation?

Containers are normally delivered and left in the accommodation reception area or storeroom. You will receive an SMS when the containers are delivered.

Just ask the reception staff when you check-in or when you come to collect your containers. Our containers are well marked and branded. Your details will be on the containers too. All of the accommodation venues listed on our Approved Accommodation list are familiar with our container system so they will be able to assist when you check-in or ask about the containers.
